72-Hour Delivery Guarantee
Our 72-hour guarantee refers to delivery time — not an automatic monetary refund. We prepare and deliver your launch system (formation paperwork, branding, and digital setup) within 72 hours of receiving the details we need from you.
If we miss that window, the guarantee means we keep working at no additional cost until your launch system is delivered. State filing and government processing times are handled by third parties, vary by state, and fall outside the 72-hour window and this guarantee.
Service-Based Work
Once work has begun on a project, filing, branding package, website setup, or onboarding process, payments may become non-refundable.
Eligible Refund Requests
Refund requests submitted before the following may be eligible for partial refunds at Roformiq's discretion:
- Filing submission
- Branding production
- Domain purchases
- Digital asset creation
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- State filing fees
- Third-party provider fees
- Completed branding work
- Logo design work
- Domain purchases
- Completed digital deliverables
- Automation setup services
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Roformiq support prior to initiating disputes or chargebacks with payment providers.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action where applicable.
Subscriptions
Recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated in writing.
